PVL Care was established to meet the needs of vulnerable children and young people who are unable to live in their family home. Our vision is rooted in care, compassion and meaningful support — helping every child in our care feel safe, understood and empowered.

Residential Children’s Homes

We deliver 24/7 therapeutic residential care in small, homely settings throughout the East Midlands. Each home is staffed by trained professionals who prioritise stability, routines and positive relationships — essential foundations for children with complex needs.

Trauma-Informed Support

Our care practices recognise the impact of trauma on behaviour and development. We use trauma-informed principles — seeing behaviour as communication and responding with curiosity, empathy and consistency.

Every young person has a bespoke support plan tailored to their goals, strengths and needs. These plans guide day-to-day support and encourage progress across key areas like emotional wellbeing, social skills, education and independence.

Collaborative Multi-Disciplinary Approach
